Pakana™ is committed to transparency, user control, and minimal data retention. Here's how we protect your privacy.

What We Collect

Pakana maintains limited operational metadata for registered users. This includes:

  • User-provided registration information (e.g. email, organization name)
  • Demographic data (optional and only if provided)
  • Transaction metadata — project associations, role assignments, timestamps, and document references

We do not collect behavioral analytics, advertising data, or cross-site tracking information.

Your Rights

As a registered user, you may request the deletion of your metadata and account information at any time. Simply contact our support team or use the built-in account deletion request tool in your dashboard.

Upon deletion:

  • Your identity and metadata are removed from our operational database
  • Your lockb0x storage is scheduled for deletion unless you export or preserve it
  • On-chain transaction records (such as payment approvals or escrow releases) are immutable and will remain as anonymized, cryptographically signed data

lockb0x Data Lifecycle

Documents and files you store in lockb0x are controlled by you. We do not access, mine, or analyze your files.

  • You may delete your lockb0x data at any time through the file manager interface
  • lockb0x data is retained for up to one year after your subscription lapses, after which it is automatically deleted
  • Only you or someone you’ve granted access can view or download your stored documents

No Surveillance. No Selling. No Data Brokers.

We don’t monetize your data — ever. There are no third-party advertisers, no data partnerships, and no hidden tracking scripts embedded in Pakana.
